Hybrid Solutions For Vehicle Armoring
The need of high levels of protection of Armored Personnel Carriers requires them to be made of heavy weight steel bodies. Impact of this heavy bodies on technical competence and maneuverability of APC’s is considerably negative. Besides this, weight of the high caliber weapons to be mounted on these vehicles necessitates the optimization of armor weight on personnel carriers.
The composite panels designed and manufactured with success of our R&D team ensure weight reductions on vehicles up to 70% preserving the same protection levels. These panels are in add-on nature allowing the vehicles to be much lighter in off duty conditions.
These panels are in add-on nature allowing the vehicles to be much lighter in off duty conditions. The end result is the elimination of all problems rising from the high weight of the steel armoring.
